1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
2. Non‑Returnable Items
The following are not returnable under any circumstances:- Gift cards
- Final sale / clearance items
- Items returned after the 14‑day window
- Items without original tags or packaging
3. Return Process
- Contact us at service@ricardollc.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item & packaging.
- We will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Returns are sent at your cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.
- Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, we may deduct actual shipping costs from your refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:- Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the item, packaging, and label.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping at no cost to you.
