    • Items must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
    • Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
     

    2. Non‑Returnable Items

     
    The following are not returnable under any circumstances:
     
    • Gift cards
    • Final sale / clearance items
    • Items returned after the 14‑day window
    • Items without original tags or packaging
     

    3. Return Process

     
    1. Contact us at service@ricardollc.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item & packaging.
    2. We will review your request and provide return instructions.
    3. Returns are sent at your cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
    4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
     

    4. Refunds

     
    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.
    • Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
    • If your order qualified for free shipping, we may deduct actual shipping costs from your refund.
     

    5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

     
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
     
    • Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
    • Provide photos of the item, packaging, and label.
    • We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping at no cost to you.
